For bookings made via our website, we use a software application from Seekda and ibelsa. Your booking data (name, address, email, payment method, stay details) is stored in their systems.

For bookings via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), their respective privacy policies also apply.

3.3 Booking Platforms

If you make bookings via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, etc.), we receive the necessary data for processing from the respective platform.

3.4 Review Widget

4. Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics service that operates without cookies, collects no personal data, and creates no user profiles. Only anonymised, aggregated access data is recorded (e.g. pages visited, country of origin). Identification of individual persons is not possible. Use for advertising purposes is excluded.

5. Cookies

Our website does not use its own tracking cookies. Embedded third-party systems (booking widgets, review widgets, map providers) may set technically necessary cookies. We have no control over this.
